现在的房价越来越贵，不管是中国还是外国，房价依然是咱们中国人最关注的事情之一!中国人的买房热情高涨，连带着华人多的国家的房价也一起上涨!房地开发，房地产中介，物业，银行抵押，资产评估等等都围绕着房地产，而且这个专业毕业后还有可能移民澳洲，这吸引着同学们的目光~
大家可以看一下房地产相关的工作薪水大约是怎样的，如果是做房地产销售，工资其实不是主要收入，主要的还是卖房后的返佣，所以大家可以看出来，房地产的前景是很好！

如果想要成为房地产评估的专业人士，选择学校的时候，需要选择获得API (Australian property institute)或者RICS(Royal institute of chartered surveyors)认证的课程。读完毕业后可预备会员，再做一年相关工作，通过API面试和培训课程后，可申请认证成Valuer会员。将来能申请绿卡~
