DCU—A-level和IB的申请要求
As with all programmes, students must meet the general entry criteria and then anyspecific programme requirements.
A-levels General Entry (General Certificate in Education)
In order to meet the general entry requirements students must meet one of the following:

2 A level subjects with grade C or higher

4 GCSE subjects with grade C or higher to include Math and English
OR
-
2 A level subjects with grade C or higher

2 AS level subjects with grade C or higher

2 GCSE subjects with grade C or higher to include Math and English
OR
-
2 A level subjects with grade C or higher
-
1 AS level subject with grade C or higher

3 GSCE subjects with grade C or higher to include Math and English
Based on the course applied to, there will be subject specific requirements, and these can be viewed on the programme page of the online prospectus.

Having satisfied the General Entry requirements and Programme entry requirements candidates are ranked for admission on the basis of a score calculated on the basis of either:
the best 4 GCE A level grades from one academic year, or
the best 3 GCE A level grades from one year plus one AS level grade in a different subject from the same or preceding year only
International Baccalaureate General Entry Criteria

Completion of IB Diploma with a minimum of 24 overall

Minimum acceptable level of English is 5 at Higher Level or 4 at either level is presenting IB through English or the equivalent English language competence (i.e. IELTS, TOEFL)

For 2021 entry both Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches and Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation are acceptable. However, for courses with higher level mathematics requirement, we strongly recommend Analysis and Approaches

Minimum pass mark is 4 at Standard Level
Based on the course applied to, there will be subject specific requirements, and these can be viewed on the programme page of the online prospectus.
Admission requires applicants to present particular IB Diploma scores, which can range from 24-45. For example, BSc in Social Sciences and Cultural Innovation requires IB score of 24 (with no additional subject requirements), but BSc in Marketing, Innovation and Technology requires a higher score of 35 with mathematics score of 4 at Higher Level or 5 at Standard Level
