有时候，由于各种原因（如推荐人为外国老师或推荐人比较热心等），推荐人要求自己完成推荐信的写作，这个时候我们可以将以下版本的推荐信写作简要指导发给推荐人参考：快速获取英国留学申请评估

What should be included in the reference letter?

1. Who you are and your connection with the application.

The first part includes Addresser, Introduction & Connection

Addresser is to tell the reader who this letter is for. Common Addressers are:

Dear / To Admission, Dear / To Admission Committee, Dear Sir / Madam, To Whom It Might Concern, etc.

Connection

This section mainly introduces the relationship between the applicant and recommender. It tells the readers in what angle the recommender recommends the student. This part of the content is sometimes simple.

2. Body

The main task of writing a reference letter is to identify students' strengths and weaknesses. This part of the article is generally written in general. That is, each paragraph writes one or two viewpoints, and the viewpoints are summarized at the beginning or end of the paragraph in one or two sentences, and then the paragraph text provides factual support. Regarding the conception of facts, it can be based on real examples.

3. Ending

The ending is generally not too long. The contents of this part include: recommender’s predictions and views on students in the future and concluding remarks. Please provide the recommender’s name, position and company(address if applicable), telephone number and e-mail address(official contact number and email address preferably).

Important: please print the reference letter on a paper with letterhead, sign it with date. Generally speaking, scan copy (PDF format preferably) is acceptable.
