以洛杉矶县为例，美国人口普查的数据，洛杉矶县家庭年收入中位数仅有$6.6万，但ECRI数据显示，要想在洛杉矶四口之家有一个正常的生活水平，每月需花费$7691，家庭年收入至少要达$9.3万才行，显然理想和现实差距有点大.....

根据这组最新的生活水平数据显示，包括橙县和Irvine在内的Santa   Ana/Anaheim/Irvine都市区，一个标准的四口之家每月需花$8598美元，每年$103174美元。

河滨、圣贝纳迪诺等Riverside/San Bernardino/Ontario   城市区，一个4口之家的花费，每月为$6528美金，每年$78336美金，可以说是相当便宜了。
