Applicants who have registered for at least 12 credit hours at another college or university, following graduation from high school, are considered transfer applicants.

Where applicable, a certified translation of the the transcript must be submitted. For evaluation of credit transfer, an applicant"s college must be accredited by the Ministry of Education in the home country, and the applicant may be required to provide a WES evaluation of the courses.
